Water damage restoration project Lake County Ohio.

I would have to say, this was one of are most challenging renovations preformed to date. Not only was their a lot of planning and work to be done, the owners of this home are very close friends of ours.

So time was another issue. We wanted them to be able to return to their home as soon as possible. 

   So we helped with the clean up, removed everything down to the studs, came up with a plan, jacked the house up 4ft. added block to the foundation, built a new garage and wrap around porch, hauled in tons of fill around the house & refinished the inside.  

I am happy to say, after all that, we are still good friends!
